Dosage for 5 liters of plant-based beverage or 2.5 kg of plant base

These selected yogurt cultures are developed based on vegan principles, suitable for creating creamy, Greek-style, or drinkable yogurts, providing flavor, viscosity, and consistency to vegan bases.

Ideal for production of:

  • Greek-style yogurts
  • Regular yogurts
  • Drinkable yogurts
  • Fermented beverages

Strains:

  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
  • Streptococcus thermophilus

For creamy and Greek-style yogurts, we recommend using soy, almond, or cashew milk containing at least 9% soy/almond/cashews or a blend of tofu, cashews, or almonds as the base.

If additional thickening is needed, tapioca starch or plant-based proteins can be used.

Rice and oat beverages can also be used to create vegan yogurts and fermented beverages.
