About us

ARTISER is a company born out of the desire to share experience and provide the best products for the cheesemaking and gastronomy industries.

It was founded by two extraordinary individuals :)

Marek Mazurkiewicz – A chef and cheesemaker who has been gaining experience in Poland's top hotels and restaurants for over a decade. For nearly half a decade, he has been pursuing his passion for cheesemaking, sharing his knowledge through his YouTube channel and cheesemaking blog.

Michał Szurmak – A chef with over a decade of experience working in the finest restaurants and hotels in Lower Silesia. He has further honed his skills through internships with top chefs in Poland and Europe. He is passionate about cheesemaking, cooking, and both traditional and modern bread-baking techniques.

The combination of their knowledge, passion, pursuit of perfection, and continuous improvement led to the creation of ARTISER—to share the finest products they use daily.

ARTISER's offer is aimed at home cheesemakers, enthusiasts, and professional cheese producers alike.

We do not limit ourselves to serving only the needs of animal milk cheese producers. We are introducing ARTiVEG vegan bacterial cultures to the Polish market, catering to the needs of vegans who want to embark on the adventure of creating their own plant-based cheeses, yogurts, and kefirs.

Our offerings are backed by hands-on experience, and every customer is treated individually. We strive to make cheesemaking an art accessible to everyone interested.
