ARTISER ARTiVEG TH-33 is a thermophilic starter developed based on vegan ingredients, ideal for creating vegan alternatives to long and very long matured cheeses such as vegan versions of Parmesan or Grana.

Ideal for production:

  • Vegan alternatives to Parmesan and Grana cheese
  • Vegan hard cheeses

Strains:

  • Lactobacillus helveticus
  • Streptococcus thermophilus
  • Lactobacillus bulgaricus

Dosage: Dose for 5 liters of plant-based beverage or 2.5 kg of plant base.

Fermentation time: The standard fermentation time for VEG TH-33 at 40°C is approximately 6-8 hours, but it may vary depending on the recipe and desired final effect.

Storage: STORE IN A TIGHTLY CLOSED PACKAGE AT -18°C
