ARTISER ARTiVEG ME-30

Dosage for 5 liters of plant-based beverage or 2.5 kg of plant base.

This culture of selected mesophilic ferments developed based on vegan ingredients is suitable for creating creamy vegan products, such as alternatives to Camembert and Brie cheeses or Robiola.

This starter imparts flavor, aroma, and creaminess to the vegan base, and its notable advantage is that it ferments at room temperature, making it very easy to use.

Ideal for production:

  • Alternatives to Camembert, Brie, and other mold cheeses
  • Vegan version of Robiola cheese
  • Vegan "twarog" (curd cheese)
  • Spreads

Strains:

  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris

Mesophilic ferments must ferment at 20–25°C for 6–8 hours or until the desired pH is reached.
