ARTISER MLE starter cultures are selected, concentrated, and freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria cells designed for direct inoculation of milk.

ARTISER MLE consists of mesophilic-thermophilic cultures with a predominance of mesophilic strains. They are characterized by rapid acidification, high proteolytic activity, and high heat resistance. These cultures are formulated to achieve optimal results.

Ideal for the production of:

  • Fresh, soft, and semi-hard cheeses
  • Particularly recommended for mold-ripened cheeses

Strains:

  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar Diacetylactis
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
  • Leuconostoc mesenteroides
  • Streptococcus thermophilus

Dosage:

  • 2g / 100 Liters of milk
