ARTISER ML is mesophilic cultures known for excellent acidification, high heat resistance, and strong proteolytic activity. This blend is formulated to achieve exceptional results and consistency.

Ideal for the production of:

  • Soft cheeses
  • Spreadable curd cheeses
  • Rennet-coagulated cheeses (soft, semi-hard, and hard)
  • Mold-ripened cheeses

Strains:

  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
  • Streptococcus thermophilus

Dosage:

  • 2g / 100 Liters of milk
