ARTISER CLCH cultures are thermophilic, characterized by excellent acidification, high heat resistance, and high proteolytic activity. This blend is formulated to achieve exceptional results and consistency.

Ideal for the production of:

• Hard cheeses
• Long-ripening cheeses
