ARTISER CLC cultures are thermophilic, characterized by excellent acidification and high heat resistance. They are formulated to achieve exceptional results and consistency.
Ideal for the production of:
- Pasta filata cheeses such as:
- Mozzarella
- Scamorza
- Provolone
- Caciocavallo
- Ripened cheeses
