ARTISER BTMH starter cultures are selected, concentrated, and lyophilized milk bacteria cells designed for direct inoculation of milk.

ARTISER BTMH consists of mesophilic-thermophilic cultures known for excellent acidification, high heat resistance, and strong proteolytic activity. This blend is formulated to achieve exceptional results and consistency.

Ideal for production of:

  • Hard cheeses
  • Semi-hard cheeses
  • Swiss-type cheeses
  • Cheeses such as Montasio, Beaufort, Emmentaler, Toma

Strains:

  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
  • Streptococcus thermophilus
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
  • Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
  • Lactobacillus helveticus

Dosage:

  • 2g / 100 liters of milk
