"Self-pressing" cheese mold

Self-pressing molds have a special design that allows the cheese to be pressed with another cheese. The bottom of the mold is about 1 cm narrower than the top. The molds fit inside each other. At least two molds are needed for pressing. They can also be used individually to form cheeses under their own weight.
