Salami Cheese Cloth made of Polyethylene

Salami cheese cloths are essential during the production of salami-type cheeses. They effectively drain whey while giving the cheeses their traditional cylindrical shape. The cloth is formed as a tube, sealed on one side.

Our salami cloths are made of flexible polyethylene, which makes them less prone to biological contamination compared to fabric cloths.

Unlike fabric cloths, there is no risk of fibers sticking to the cheese. Additionally, for safety reasons, the cloths are blue.

Salami Cloth Dimensions:

• 14 x 40 cm
• For cheese with a diameter of approx. 8.5 cm
