Cheesemaking mold for pressing - rectangle.
Ideal for all pressed cheeses with a characteristic rectangular shape.
Molds made of strong plastic - have a small number of holes. For proper whey release, it requires the use of a cheesemaking cloth.
All sizes except 1kg have slightly rounded edges.
Mold complete with a cover for pressing.
