PROFESSIONAL - cheese-making set
In our almost most extensive cheese-making set you will find almost everything you need to produce homemade rennet cheese, cottage cheese and ripening cheeses. Thanks to the products in the set, you will enter the world of cheese-making perfectly prepared.
The set includes:
- 50g Liquid microbiological rennet with a strength of 750 IMCU, which means that it is enough to add 0.6ml per 10l of milk (approx. 1-2 drops per liter of milk)
- 100g Liquid calcium chloride improving the firmness of the curd
- ML-O bacterial cultures per 100l of milk. Basic mesophilic cultures with which you will create basic rennet cheese, Gouda cheese, cottage cheese, acid-rennet cheese, and even cheddar! - Perfect for beginners
- BTH bacteria cultures - Thermophilic cultures that will allow you to create ripening cheeses such as parmesan, alpine-style cheeses and many others
- Cheese-making cloth 50 x 50 cm
- 1x Cheese-making mold with a lid for pressing for approx. 0.9 kg of cheese
- 1x square cheese-making mold for 500 g of cheese
- 1x Caciotta cheese-making mold for approx. 1.2 kg of cheese
- 2x round cheese-making mold for 200 g of cheese
- 1x Colorless polyacetate 250 g - Cheese-making coating to protect the cheese during ripening
- 1x Brush for applying the coating
- Electronic thermometer - for precise measurement of temperature, which is crucial in cheese production (we do not have it in our offer - only available in a set :)

If you don't have a scale at home, then:
-Calcium chloride is dosed at 5-7 drops per liter of milk (the dropper is built into the bottle)
-Rennet is dosed at 1-2 drops per liter of milk (the dropper is built into the bottle)
-A small pinch per liter of milk is enough to initiate bacterial growth and milk souring.
