POLISAMIR I

Liquid, acidic, non-foaming agent based on nitric acid and phosphoric acid, designed for cleaning in agri-food industry facilities. POLISAMIR I is suitable for stainless steel surfaces, plastics, and ceramic materials.

APPLICATION:

• It is intended for removing mineral contaminants, limescale, and rust deposits in tanks, tank trucks, closed-loop systems (CIP cleaning), and container washers in food processing plants, following mechanical removal of solid residues from cleaned objects.
• It is a non-foaming agent effective in removing mineral deposits deposited by water used in the facility on washed surfaces and cleaning equipment.
• Excellent for removing milkstone and deposits on cheese forms and dairy equipment.

USAGE:

• Prepare a working solution by adding the appropriate amount of POLISAMIR I to drinking water.
• Use the working solution to clean and descale closed-loop CIP systems, installations, and container washers.
• Leave the product on cleaned surfaces for 5-30 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water suitable for consumption.

For immersion cleaning of cheese forms and dairy equipment, we recommend using a 1-1.5% solution.

CONCENTRATIONS:

• From 0.5% to 3%
• Contact time: 5-30 minutes
• Temperature: 20 - 60°C
