ARTISER F-YO cultures are characterized by rapid acidification, high heat resistance, and a low level of post-acidification. Create your own yogurt with the best organoleptic properties.
Ideal for the production of:
- Thick and regular yogurts
- Drinking yogurts
- Fresh cheeses such as Crescenza

- Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
