With pride, we present the  natural calf rennet  with an activity of (260 IMCU) 1:20000. Special processing of calf abomasum allows for complete extraction of chymosin from the mucous membrane, resulting in a clear liquid with a golden hue and high chymosin content.

ARTISER calf rennet is characterized by excellent coagulation properties and a ratio of 80% chymosin to 20% pepsin, making it ideal for both fresh and mature cheese production. Its high proteolytic activity enables the creation of cheeses with complex flavors and aromas.
