This cheese mold is perfect for Gouda cheese as well as other pressed cheeses weighing around 1.25 kg. It features rounded edges at the bottom and lid, with a small number of holes. For proper whey drainage, a cheese cloth is necessary.
The mold comes with a lid for pressing.
