Goat Cheese Making Kit
Dreaming of making delicious homemade goat cheeses? Our cheese-making kit is the perfect solution for anyone passionate about natural, healthy products! With this kit, you'll be able to create exceptional goat cheeses (and more) with a unique flavor, fully controlling the entire production process.
The kit includes:
- 100g Goat Rennet Paste with a strength of 1:13,000, dosing 30-40g per 100l of milk.
- 100g Liquid Calcium Chloride to enhance curd firmness.
- ML-O Bacterial Cultures for 100l of milk. These mesophilic cultures will help you create delicious goat cheeses.
- 1x Cheesecloth (50 x 50 cm) for straining.
- 5x Caprino Cheese Molds for approximately 250g of cheese each. These molds are designed for producing tall, narrow cheeses.
Note: The kit does not include a thermometer or scale.
If you don't have a scale at home:
- Calcium chloride: Use 5-7 drops per liter of milk (the dropper is built into the bottle).
- Rennet: Use about half a teaspoon for 5 liters of milk, although we recommend using a scale for precise measurement.
- Bacterial cultures: Just a small pinch per liter of milk is enough to initiate bacterial growth and milk acidification.
