The "Klinek" cheesecloths are an essential tool for producing various types of cheeses, particularly fresh cheeses like twaróg. They effectively drain whey while giving the cheese a traditional appearance.

These cheesecloths are made of flexible polyethylene, making them more resistant to biological contamination than fabric cloths.

Advantages over fabric cloths:

• No risk of fibers sticking to the cheese
• The cloths are blue for safety and visibility
• Do not absorb moisture
• Cheeses do not stick to the cloth if the smooth side is in contact with the cheese
• No loss of raw material due to non-stick properties
• Reusable and easy to wash and disinfect with acids, bases, or alcohol

Available in two sizes:

• For about 0.5 kg of cheese (36 x 48 x 32 cm)
• For about 1 kg of cheese (45 x 60 x 40 cm)

For optimal use, make sure to place the smooth side of the cloth against the cheese.
