Calcium chloride - also known as cheese salt ARTISER, is a high-quality additive that improves the compactness of the curd during cheese production and is an essential component of brine.

This substance is synthetically produced but entirely harmless. Calcium chloride is widely used in the food industry as an acidity regulator and stabilizer, and in pharmaceuticals as a component of calcium supplements.

Applications:

Dosage:

  • 2-3 ml per 10 liters of milk.
