The Caciotta cheese mold is specially designed for producing the traditional Italian cheese Caciotta. It is a semi-hard cheese with a delicate, slightly sweet taste that matures over a short period, keeping its soft and elastic texture. The molds for Caciotta help shape the cheese into its characteristic cylindrical form.
Universal Caciotta mold. Ideal for producing rennet and fresh cheeses. It allows for making wide but low cheeses, perfect for small Brie cheeses.
