Cheese-making is not only about producing cheeses. Equally important as choosing the right cultures and enzymes for a specific production process is using the proper protective agents during the maturation stage. The protective coating we offer ensures proper cheese maturation and protects them from excessive drying and external factors.

- Protects the cheese from mechanical damage
- Gives the cheese an attractive appearance
How to use: Our coating is ready for use. If needed, water can be added. Before use, mix the coating to achieve the optimal color. The cheese surface should be dry before applying the coating. Apply 1-3 thin layers, waiting for the previous one to dry before applying the next. The minimum temperature for the coating to dry on the cheese surface is 6-7°C.
STORAGE: Keep at temperatures of 5-25°C (ideally 10-15°C).
